Before we begin

What should I include in a project enquiry?

Share the site location or project boundary, the decision you need to support, your schedule and the outputs you expect. Include any accuracy requirements, existing datasets and site-access constraints.

Can the workflow include our existing data?

Existing imagery, GIS layers, CAD or BIM files and supporting records can be reviewed when defining the scope. Their coordinate systems, detail, completeness and suitability help determine how they can be used.

How are accuracy and deliverables agreed?

Accuracy needs, coverage, coordinate systems, file formats and acceptance criteria are defined before capture or processing. Achievable results depend on the acquisition method, control, site conditions and source data.

What affects the project schedule?

The area, required detail, site access, weather, acquisition conditions and processing scope all affect timing. Include your target dates in the enquiry so the workflow can be planned around them.
